The Anima marketing website and the Anima healthcare platform use different cookies and browser storage. This section describes storage used by the marketing website. The healthcare platform information follows below.
Your choices
Use Cookie settings in the website footer to review or change your choices. Optional engagement tracking requires both statistics and marketing consent. Withdrawing those choices stops this tracking and clears its browser storage; it does not delete information already sent to us.
Enquiry and booking storage
When you submit a sales enquiry, anima.sales.enquiry stores a random request ID and a fingerprint of the submission in your browser tab. This helps a retry use the same enquiry rather than create a duplicate. The fingerprint is a hash, not a copy of the form answers. The entry is removed when booking completes or the tab session ends. anima.booking.completed temporarily records that booking completed and is removed when the confirmation page reads it, or when the tab session ends.
Optional engagement storage
When engagement tracking is enabled and you give both statistics and marketing consent, anima.website.events stores a random browser-session ID, pages visited, interactions and timestamps in your browser tab. The queue expires after 24 hours or when the tab session ends. It does not contain form answers, email addresses or URL query strings.
anima.website.identity stores the browser-session ID, a hash of the submitted email address and whether the server has confirmed the contact. The hash is pseudonymous information, not anonymous information. This entry lasts for the tab session and is cleared with the engagement queue.
After a successful form submission and contact confirmation, a secure cookie named anima_website_contact_ followed by a random session ID links that browser session to the contact record in HubSpot. Each confirmed tab session has its own cookie. It expires after 24 hours. Engagement events are sent to HubSpot only after the browser session has been confirmed. Withdrawing consent clears the engagement queue and identity entry and requests deletion of all these contact-session cookies.
