Go-Live With Anima Documents: February 2025

Overview

WellBN’s three practices went live with Anima in February 2025 to address their document processing challenges. The practices previously handled around 1,500 documents per month with frequent two-week backlogs. Since integrating Anima, they've achieved a remarkable increase, processing 5,363 documents in December 2025 alone (a 258% increase in volume). The median processing time is now drastically reduced, enabling same-day completion of documents, significantly improving patient follow-up times. Anima's onboarding provided dedicated support, transitioning smoothly from SystmOne with seamless routing from sources like paper scanning, NHSmail, and NHS MESH.
